Jacquelyn Flowers, Ph.D. is the Founder and CEO of EmpowHRed Impact, LLC, a strategic HR consultancy that partners with mission-driven organizations to design cultures where people thrive and work feels purposeful. With over two decades of HR leadership experience and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development, she helps leaders strengthen capacity, prevent burnout, and align culture with purpose. Through her work, Jacquelyn empowers HR professionals to lead with clarity, connection, and care, turning workplace challenges into opportunities for sustainable growth.


Jeff Jensen
Founder & Principal: I Train IT Leaders
Jeff Jensen is the Founder of I Train IT Leaders LLC. An experienced and recognized thought leader across multiple best practice frameworks, Jeff consults and collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to drive breakthrough improvements in organizational strategic alignment, leadership for digital transformation, and business value realization.
Jeff is certified as an ITIL 4 Master, as well as a Value Stream Mapping Facilitator, DevOps Leader, Certified Process Design Engineer, Business Relationship Management Professional, Project Management Professional, and a Distinguished Toastmaster. Since founding I Train IT Leaders LLC in 2017, Jeff has led digital transformation efforts for a large multinational company and architected and chaired a multi-million-dollar program designed to bring together IT Service Management, Agile and DevOps practices to align ways of working across cross-functional global product and technology organizations. Jeff has also mentored current and emerging ITSM leaders to become significantly more strategic and sustainable in running their organizations and facilitated Value Stream Mapping sessions to enable breakthrough improvements in workflow, quality, and time to value for mission critical business processes.
